PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
v
SHIMA, Japanese,
British Dependent of Vila.
This twenty first day of January one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
In the matter of a charge against SHIMA, Japanese, British Dependent of Vila.
The above named SHIMA stands convicted of having at Siviri in the Island of Efate on the 25th December 1929 supplied 1 bottle of gin and 1 bottle of Pernot to natives KALMATAKU and KALOSIK contrary to Article 59 of the Anglo-French Convention of 1914.
Thereupon the Joint Court sentences the said SHIMA for his said offence to pay a fine of 100 francs and the costs of the prosecution.
