JUDGEMENT No. 615


CONFIRMATION OF JUDGMENT


This first day of June one thousand nine hundred and thirty four.

Whereas a judgment was delivered by default by the Court of First Instance, Central District No 2, on the 16th May 1933, sentencing UCHIDA KAMEGO, Japanese, French ressortissant to one month imprisonment and a fine of 500 francs for the sale of alcoholic liquor to a native.

Now in conformity with Article 21 paragraph 11 of the Convention of 6th August 1914, the Court of First Instance having made a sound estimation of the facts of the case and a just application of the law, the Join Court herby confirms the aforementioned judgment dated 16th May 1933 of the Court of First Instance. Central District No 2.
