JUDGMENT
On 17th October, 1967 the accused in this case was charged before the Joint Court with having, on a day unknown in February, had carnal knowledge of NAOMI, a girl between the age of thirteen and fifteen, and the case was adjourned sine die.
At the request of the Prosecution the case was re-entered today, whereupon the Prosecution informed the Court that it did not intend to offer any evidence against the accused. In the circumstances the case is dismissed.
