Upon hearing Mr. Hurley for the Appellant there being no appearance by or notification to the respondent it is hereby ordered that:-


The sum of Vatu 500,000 be paid by the respondent to the appellant by 3.00pm on the 30 March 2001 failing which the court will hear argument concerning the issue of a writ of Fieri Facias.
