Upon hearing Mr George Boar for the First Defendant,

It is ordered that –

(1) The Orders dated 16^th February 2005 be varied by amending paragraph 3 thereof as follows:-

• (a) By deleting the figure “7” and replacing same figure “21” in paragraph 3(a);
  
• (b) By deleting the figure “7” and replacing same with the figure “14” in paragraph in paragraph 3(b);
  
• (c) By deleting the date “14^th March 2005” and replacing same with the date “20^th April 2005” in paragraph 3(c).
  

2. These extensions shall commence on the date of this order.

3. Costs be reserved.
