ORDER

BE IT KNOWN TO ALL PERSONS THAT on this 20th day of February 2009 LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION in the Estate of late JOHN MAXINE GROSE who died on 27th December 2007 ARE HEREBY GRANTED TO MESSERS RUSSEL DONOVAN AND PETER BOUCHARD TO BE CO-EXECUTORS of the Estate pursuant to the deceased’s last WILL and TESTAMENT dated 21st day of May 2007, the WILL being annexed hereto, they both having sworn on oath that they will administer the said Estate for and on behalf of Mrs CAROL GROSE and their four (4) children DAMIEN, MATHEW, JOHN and BRIAN GROSE, and will exhibit and render a just and true account of the Estate whenever required by law to do so.

The Estate to which this Order relates are comprised in Real Property Leasehold Titles No. 03/1104/004 and 03/1104/005 having an estimated gross value of Fourteen Million Vatus (VT14.000.000).
