Adoption Case No. 03 of 2007

IN THE MATTER OF: ANITA DORREN LEIMAN

AND IN THE MATTER OF: THE ADOPTION ACT OF 1958

ADOPTION ORDER

ON THE MATTER being considered in chambers on the 8th day of September 2009 and being satisfied that the applicants fully understand the effect of the Adoption Order and have not received or agreed to receive any payment or reward in consideration of the adoption of the child ANITA DORREN LEIMAN and being satisfied that the purpose of this adoption is for the welfare of the child ANITA DORREN LEIMAN.

AND being satisfied that the parents of the said child understand the effect of an adoption order and have consented to the making of an order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said ANITA DORREN born on 17th July, 2006 at Central Hospital Efate, daughter of Marie Kalorib and Meru Kalorib, is adopted by Ricky Toro and Leilapa Toro and shall be known henceforth as ANITA DORREN LEIMAN TORO.
