ACT NO. 20 OF 2010

An Act to ratify the 1999 Beijing Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1 Ratification

The 1999 Beijing Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer is ratified.

A copy of the Amendment is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
