An Act to repeal the Representation of the People (Amendment) Act No. 16 of 1987.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows: -

REPEAL OF ACT No. 16 OF 1987

1. The Representation of the People (Amendment) Act, No. 16 of 1987 is hereby repealed.

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the day of its publication in the Gazette.
