ROAD TRAFFIC (CONTROL) (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 24 OF 2007

An Act to amend the Road Traffic (Control) Act [CAP 29].

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1. Amendment

The Road Traffic (Control) Act [CAP 29] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2. Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE

AMENDMENTS OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC (CONTROL) ACT [CAP 29]

1. Section 2 (definition of foreign vehicle)

Repeal the definition.

2. Part 4A – REGISTRATION OF FOREIGN VEHICLES

Repeal the Part.

3. Section 51

After "permit", insert ", transfer"
