THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION AGAINST TRANSNATIONAL ORGANISED CRIME (RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 19 0F 2003

An Act to provide for the ratification of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organised Crime (the Palermo Convention).

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 RATIFICATION

The United Nations Convention against Transnational Organised Crime (the Palermo Convention) is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2 COMMENCEMENT

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
