THE JUDICATURE AMENDMENT ACT 1970

An Act to amend the Judicature Ordinance 1961 as to the salaries of Judges

[14 August 1970

1. Short title - This Act may be cited as the Judicature Amendment Act 1970, and shall be read together with and be deemed part of the Judicature Ordinance 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance).

2. Commencement - This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of June 1969.

3. (1) This subsection substituted a new section for s. 29 of the principal Ordinance.

(2) The Judicature Amendment Act 1965 and the Judicature Amendment Act 1968 are hereby consequentially repealed.
